Not only did she help educate us as first time home buyers, but she always had our best interest in mind. Venessa is absolutely the best! Purchasing a home was one of the most stressful things that I have experienced, and I served in Afghanistan. Before purchasing, I was in the market for buying a home for about a year but was unable to get approved. Knowing where I was, Venessa still sent me listings, so when I was finally able to purchase she knew exactly what I was looking for as well as the neighborhood I desired. One day Venessa sent me the listing of my current home, I loved it and within the hour she was submitting the offer. I believe her promptness and accuracy is what ultimately got me my home. Venessa worked with the listing agent to fix the minor issues that I had concerns about as well as connected me with an inspector that was able to catch major issues prior to purchasing.
